Company name The name of the company requesting the service.
Contact The name and surname of the person requesting the estimate.
Address The address of the registered office of the company.
Telephone The telephone number of the person requesting the estimate or the telephone number of the company.
E-mail The e-mail address of the person requesting the estimate or the company e-mail address.
Tax Identification Number The Tax Identification Number of the company requesting the service (this is not obligatory when requesting an estimate).
Service requested
Type of service The type of service requested from Translation Square. The services offered are included in the menu of Services.
Source language The original language the service will be applied to.
Target language Target language of the translation, revision, etc.
Delivery Date The date on which the applicant requires delivery of the completed translation, revision, etc.
Remarks Any relevant remarks concerning the request for the estimate not included in the above sections.
